Untap Stuff for V A L U E feat. Willbreaker (Modern) [Revisione 30]

This deck wants to tap stuff for something and then untaps that stuff again so we can tap it again. And all that for free, so it's generating V A L U E each turn.

We have a lot of stuff that can tap for something, and is already good by itself, but gets even better, if it is able to tap multiple times a turn. We have Sigiled Starfish, early scrying into the cards we need. Arcanis the Omnipotent is providing us unbeatable card-advantage, at least providing an Ancestral Recall for free each turn. We also play Experiment Kraj, which can buff itself and other creatures, representing a win condition. It's also able to untap, if we use it correctly. For the ultimative win-condition in this deck we play Willbreaker. As we are able to untap creatures, that our opponent controls, we can target them with our untappers, and gain control of them with Willbreaker.

As we don't want the opponent to target our creatures with removal, we play a playset of Mana Leak for protecion.

Our finishers, Willbreaker, Arcanis the Omnipotent, and Experiment Kraj, all cost five or more mana, so we have to play some ramp in favor of not having to play an absurd amount of lands. So we play eight mana dorks with Birds of Paradise and Elvish Mystic. We can also untap those mana dorks for faster ramp.

As we now know a lot of creatures that can tap for value, we now need stuff that can untap them again. For that, we play Kiora's Follower and Vizier of Tumbling Sands, both untapping a creature a turn. We also run two copies of Kiora, Master of the Depths, untapping creatures and lands with her +1 and digging for game-pieces with the -2.

We play 24 lands, with Yavimaya Coast and Hinterland Harbor providing a budget mana-base.

The deck has a good budget, only costing 55€ on cardmarket.
