Pauper EDH is an alternative 100-card format that uses any uncommon creature as the commander with the remaining 99 as commons.
This mono-green deck is built around Obsessive Skinner and its keyword Delirium. We want to get Delirium active ASAP and start putting +1/+1 counters on our commander. I considered running some hexproof creatures instead of going for a voltron build but you'd still have to protect your commander, so I decided against it. They're in the sideboard if you want to try that strategy out!
So how do we get this principal delirious? First off we've balanced the deck between as many different Card Types as possible (worth noting subtypes and supertypes do not count towards delirium, but Tribal does, though we only have one such card). Also worth noting is cards like Tree of Tales and Myr Scrapling have two card types, which counts twice for delirium.
A lot of them have some way of putting themselves into the graveyard. I've put them in groups of "self-sac" (includes cycling cards), "use" to be used whenever and the sorceries all mill our library — enabling delirium quite consistently.
The remaining cards are either permanent (hopefully!) or cards we don't want to throw away willy-nilly. Mostly protection spells like Avoid Fate, Ranger's Guile, Snakeskin Veil, Vines of Vastwood and so on.
There's also a bit of evasion in the deck to help the commander hit face; Raven Wings, Kitesail, Setessan Training and Talons of WIldwood which can be milled and then returned to hand.
One concern with the deck is that while the commander grows very quickly we're fairly vulnerable in general, we're focusing so hard on putting stuff in our graveyard that we don't advance our boardstate, easily leaving us open. The hexproof-version might be less explosive but more durable in the long run, another point to consider.
