A very convoluted Kediss deck but the point is to play with "The Ring tempts you".
Give evasion to one of your commanders, don't get blocked and then spread damage with Kediss' ability and pump spells.

A few words on some cards in the list:

• Scarscale Ritual is at its best here. It gets you the amazing rate of drawing 2 for 2 and allows you to shrink Silas to 1 power so it can be even harder to block as your Ring-bearer. In case you don't have Silas of board, it's still easily castable as you have 8 creatures in the deck who can take the -1/-1 without dying.
• Whir of Invention mostly acts as a third pair of boots as it can tutor for Swiftfoot Boots or Winged Boots. (you don't want Lightning Greaves because you need to target your own creatures a lot).
• Do not underestimate the power of Guttersnipe and Fiery Inscription. They're very precious.

A few words on some cards not in the list:

• Curiosity and Sigil of Sleep don't say "combat damage", so every time your commander combat touches with Kediss on board, you get one trigger per opponent. Playing them instantly turns you into a target and we try to stick as much as possible to instant/sorceries.
• Invoke Calamity is a super powerful card in this deck but reaching 4 red mana is very hard in a budget list. It triggers Guttersnipe & Fiery Inscription 3 times on its own and being an instant allows it to play every role. Counterspell, boardwipe, draw, or game ending sequence of boost spells, you name it.
• While Third Path Iconoclast, Young Pyromancer and Sedgemoor Witch can be good at making blockers and sacrifice fodder in a deck with 42 instants/sorceries, our gameplan is already tight, so there's no room for them. It's better to use the asymetrical boardwipes already in the list to protect ourselves.
