$50 Legacy Dreadful Dredge (Legacy)

You're new to legacy, you want to get some wins, some experience, and mostly you don't want PAY a left kidney to play at your local FNM. This is the deck for you.

First of all this deck doesn't play lands. This means you will need to discard a dredge card on your first end step. Ideally you'll need the following in your opening hand: 7 cards; at least one with dredge, and ideally Chancellor of the Dross, for some janky life gain and pain. (But not required)

Phantasmagorian will help you to re-discard your dredges back into your library.

After you dredge the goal is to find Dread Return, and to get some creatures on the battlefield. Flashback dread return, and get balustrade spy, flayer of the Hatebound, golgari grave-troll or chancellor of the Dross (your threats) on the field (in that order). Hostility and Guille will keep you from milling yourself or getting janked out by surgical extraction.

You kill your opponent with creeping chill, combat damage, or enter the battlefield triggers.
