Hello there,
This is one of the other decks where I went off the wall with the brewing. Garth is actually a very interesting commander that, due to the color identity and the abilities, does bring up versatility ...and nostalgic feelings (for all of those who are interested in the lore). He is basically like Kenrith, the Returned King in the design, but with extra-steps and wider abilites (its not only caring about creatures).
You will also notice that the mana base is a little bit inconsistent, but this is due to the disadvantage (some might call it that way) that I just put decks online that I actually own and play on paper.
To the strategy: so, apart from the obvious strategy with Garth One-Eye, another creature on the table, Dualcaster Mage or Naru Mega, Master Wizard, Ghostly Flicker and Fervor or Temur Ascendancy (take care with that one), where you flicker it, cast a Black Lotus and so on so forth, the idea of the deck is searching for other ideas that can benefit off of the other abilites on the commander. Disenchant and Terror are basically counter-measures against your opponents. Braingeyser is the card-advantage, and I already own one draw-cards deck. What I found out is that Regrowth gives an ample margin with graveyard shenanigans, essentially giving you any permanent of your graveyard o your hand. For that, I based my deck secondary around the wizards, recurring them back if I have to and gaining the upper hand over my opponents.
Additionally, there are some cards like Sun Titan, Solemn Simulacrum that add value with the narrow margin of blinking them, as well as some untapping stuff for getting the maximum out of your commander.
The wizard part allows you also to get ahead in the game with some powerful interactions. Notice also that Deadeye Navigator is not included for the infinite combo. I wanted it to be a one-off combo that will appear in the game sometimes, not consistently.
