This is my ínterpretation of Inalla, Archmage Ritualist. This is a deck where you never have to play your commander, but still get your high value by Inalla, Archmage Ritualist. Her eminence ability makes her one of the most competitive commanders in MtG universe.

> Bloodline Necromancer + Ashnods Altar

Costs: 4B
Req.: Ashnod's Altar on the Battlefield.

Cast Bloodline Necromancer. As he resolves, immediately sacrifice him to Ashnod's Altar. Use that mana to let Inalla's ability resolve. With the Bloodline Necromancer tokens ETB target the original one in our graveyard. Then enjoy your endless colorless mana and endless hasty 3/2 bloody lifelink vampire wizards. Also endless reanimation of your wizards.

> Bloodline Necromancer + Ruthless Technomancer

Costs: 4B / 5B if in one turn
Req.: Ruthless Technomancer in Graveyard

Just Sacrifice Ruthless Technomancer to his copy and vice versa. Cast Bloodline Necromancer with the ETB over Inalla's emince. Reanimate Ruthless Technomancer and use the ETB to Sacrifice Bloodline Necromancer. Then let Inalla's ability resolve, paying with 1 treasure token, and use the ETB on the original Ruthless Technomancer. Now let Inalla's emince on Bloodline Necromancer resolve to reanimate the original.

Infite treasure token. Infinite hasty Ruthless Techonmancer + Bloodline Necromancer. Infinite Reanimation of your wizards. Cast Inalla and make use of her second ability to drain your opponents life without even attacking.

>Pyre of Heroes + Ruthless Technomancer

Req.. Ruthless Techomancer + Pyre of Heroes on Battlefield

Similiar to the above. Sacrifice Ruthless Technomancer to Pyre of Heroes and get Bloodline Necromancer to get endless creatures + treasure tokens.

>Mana Echoes + Ruthless Technomancer

Costs: 3BB
Req.: Mana Echoes on battlefield

Cast Ruthless Technomancer, resolve Mana Echoes, pay for Inalla, let Mana Echoes resolve. Then sacrifice the original RT to the token. Do Not make use of originals RT's ability. Then use RT's copy tokens second ability to revive the original (sacrifice both created treasure token, pay with the Mana Echoes mana and add a B). Then let Mana Echoes resolve for 2. Pay for Inalla, let Mana Echoes resolve for 3. Afterwards sacrifice RT + a RT copy for 4 Treasure Tokens. Use Mana Echoes mana + 3 Treasure tokens to revive Ruthless Technomancer

Infinite colorless mana + Treasure tokens + hasty Ruthless Technomancer copy tokens

A bit more complicated Combo. Therefore I summarize only. figure the exact steps out on your own ;)
Have 3 Mages on field and Pyre of Heroes. Sacrifice a e.g. 2 CMC Wizard to get Aether Channeler. Mana Echoes triggers once, then bounce Pyre of Heroes, create the token and let Mana echoes triggers a second time. Play Pyre of Heroes, Sacrifice Aether Channeler. Get Venser, Shaper savant and repeat. Make sure to let Venser, Shaper of Savant die as the token enters the battlefield. Use Pyre on Heroes on the token to get Bloodline Necromancer and revive Venser, Shaper Savant. Bounce Pyre of Heroes, play it and use it on Bloodline Necromancer to get Wanderwine Prophets. Make the Token Wanderwine Prophets champion the original (always). Play either Aether Channeler or Venser, Shaper of Savant * (actually those are the first non-colorless mana we need to invest), then Play Pyre of Heroes, use it on Wanderwine Prophets (of course, get a new Token and champion the original again) then search for Galecaster Colossus. Now bounce your way through your weakest enemie and attack with Wanderwine Prophets for endless turns.
-> we invest 2 colorless + 1 (or 2) blue mana.

*If necessary bounce some mana rocks to get the U/UU mana in the steps before.

>Mana Echoes + Tribute Mage

Costs: 3U
Req.: Mana Echoes on the battlefield

Cast Tribute Mage. Pay 1 for Inalla, then let both Tribut Mage and Mana Echoes ETB's resolve. Search for Pyre of Heroes and e.g. Wishclaw Talisman and also get 4c mana. Cast Pyre of Heroes, use the ability on Tribut Mage token. Search for Ruthless Technomancer. -> Now follow Mana Echoes + Ruthless Technomancer combo line.

>Mana Echoes + Aether Channeler + Mana rock

Costs: 2U / 3U if no wizard is on battlefield
Req.: (1 random Wizard) + Mana Echoes + U producing mana rock on battlefield

Cast Aether Channeler, let Mana Echoes resolve (+2, 2 mana left). Pay for Inalla (1 left). Let Mana Echoes resolve (+3, 4 Left), then bounce the original Aether Channeler and with the other originals ETB bounce a mana Rock. Play the mana Rock (2 left), tap it and use the resulting U mana to recast Aether Channeler (0 left). Then let Mana Echoes resolve and get (+3, 3 mana left)

Infinite hasty Aether Channeler, Infinite colorless mana.

Combined with e.g. Harmonic Prodigy also infinite card draw + infite nonland permanent bounce. Draw till u get another mana rock. Then you can bounce two per casted Aether Channeler and get infinite rainbow mana too. Use it to play Inalla and drain your opponents life.

>Mana Echoes + Gilded Lotus + Venser, Shaper Savant

Req.: Mana Echoes + Gilded Lotus on Battlefield.

Endless rainbow mana.

Endless mana. Endless permanent bounce. Attack with infinite Aether Channeler for lethal damage or bounce every card including lands with Venser, Shaper Savant.

Aether Channeler: Infinite 2/1 hasty creatures, infinite non-land permanent bounce
Venser, Shaper Savant: infinite permanent bounce (including lands)

Mana Echoes + Gilded Lotus + Venser, Shaper Savant

Probably the best Grixis/Dimir Win Con. 2 cards, low mana. Inalla even enhances this combo by making a copy ETB to avoid cards like Trickbind denie your combo

>Dualcaster Mage + Demonic Consultation

Costs: 1BRRUU

Cast Demonic Consultation and flash Dualcaster Mage. Copy your Demonic consultation and search for Thassa's Oracle. With the second one empty your library. Then Play Thassa's Oracle

> Dualcaster Mage + Twinflame

Costs: 2RRR
Req.: a Creature you control on Battlefield

Use Twinflame on the creature. Then flash Dualcaster Mage and use the ETB on the Twinflame still on the stack to copy it. Use the Twinflame copy on Dualcaster Mage. Now you can enjoy your endless hasty creatures.

Inifnite hasty Dualcaster Mage.

Demonic Tutor - Best Tutor in game
Mystical tutor - instant speed
Demonic Consultation - instant speed, most often a WinCon piece
Muddle the Mixture - instant speed. Hard to counter. Cyclonic Rift, Demonic Tutor, Thassa's Oracle, Watcher for Tomorrow....
Pyre of Heroes - WinCon, goes around casting + casting costs -> easy to destroy, difficulty to counter
Step Through + Vedalken AEthermage - can be used at instant speed! Hard to counter. Very powerful tutor for wizard decks
Trinket Mage - Sol Ring + Skullclamp or an artifact land
Tribute Mage - Mana Rock + Pyre of Heroes
