Dr. Kylie Moriarty, in this new timeline, was prevented from temporarily siding with Tiamat. Seeing through her deception, Dr. Moriarty does not engage in her sin in this timeline, and therefore has no need for forgiveness from Pharika (her patron deity). The clone of Oketra might need some, though, because she arrived and just took over, bringing with her the clones of Karametra, Avacyn, Felidar Sovereign, and a medical team. The deck was forcibly changed, yet seems to function better. To top it off, Oketra banished the Helix Pinnacle and the Hellkite Tyrant, but provided a Darksteel Reactor and a few things to proliferate it in exchange.

At this time, Pharika still wants the forgiveness project to go into fruition. That it remains a forgiveness by way of milling project is not that strange in Pharika's mind. Pharika can take away your sins and make you pure by stripping you of your memory (which means stripping you of your library). She demanded Kylie strip others of their memories of evil so that Pharika could erase their pasts and cleanse them before they came to Athreos. As she began practicing it, Kylie discovered that the forgiveness comes in the process, not the deed itself. And so the quest for redemption had begun.

It seems not all of the dragons created for Tiamat were loyal to her. Led by a clone of Wasitora, Nekuro Queen, with a clone of Saskia the Unyielding as a ceremonial commander, these dragons waited on Theros for Kylie to return. When they were informed that she was present again, the dragons came to her (basically all the dragons that appear both in this deck and in Kylie's Revenge). Dr. Moriarty was merely attempting to make cat clones, but the dragons convinced her to make a partial alliance. And that is when Pharika and Purphoros stepped in to change what happened before so that it couldn't happen now. They bring clones of Beledros Witherbloom, Nemata, Primal Warden, Jade Mage, Dragon Broodmother, and of course, Oketra arrives, finding she cannot resist the making of a token army. Their arrival, and their tokens, give Dr. Moriarty what she needs to resist Tiamat.

Purphoros loves this token deck, and he convinces Erebos to help. To show the gods how the project worked, Kylie used the memory-erasing process to purify Oketra's soul. Erebos wanted to see it tested on Heliod, which Pharika and Oketra refused to allow. Beledros Witherbloom stopped the argument by giving Erebos pests he could take his anger out on. Once the dispute was resolved, Kylie told the gathered company that the only thing that truly mattered was cleaning up time and space so the multiverse wouldn't collapse.

Millstone, Mindcrank, Syr Konrad, the Grim, are part of the deck's mill pattern.

Leyline of the Void makes sure everything stays gone.

Erebos, Bleak-Hearted, Erebos, and God of the Dead provide draw, as can Nemata, Primeval Warden.

All of the token creators are on Purphoros' team. Dr. Moriarty discovered that he does wonders, creating light damage at the arrival of creatures and tokens, especially if Mindcrank should happen to be around.

Pharika, God of Affliction is simply the real commander of the deck. But she can get into the token act at will if needs be.
