Dr. Kylie Moriarty and her working partner, Pharika, God of Affliction, managed to find a treatment for the infection that was spreading all across Theros and had begun to show up in England. With the treatment in hand, Kylie went home and began implementing it. Essentially, she prevented a plague on Planet Earth, but she was not pleased to learn that it was the Americans who intentionally went out and got the Phyrexian infection, and then began trying to spread it. To a doctor like her, the 'freedom' to be stupid is one that shouldn't be a thing. It was being spread by a time-warped version of Atraxa, Praetors' Voice, whom Kylie managed to subdue with unexpected help from her clone of Erebos. Even without Atraxa, the Americans were still so irrational, they kept rushing out to get her infection as if it were the greatest new thing.

So that became her next project. She wanted to find a way to cure stupidity. Determining that this was madness, Pharika visited Kylie in her lab, along with Erebos. Erebos was talking her out of this madness, only to get her even more excited to work on it. Ultimately, however, Kylie knew that her clone of Erebos was still being treated for his brief exposure to the infection, and that nothing he said should be trusted.

With the idea of stopping human stupidity having been proven to be a pointless exercise, Kylie starts trying to come up with a new project to put her mind on when she is interrupted. The dragons are having quite an argument on her private island, and it's only getting louder and might soon lead to violence among her clones. Unwilling to have this, Kylie storms out there and orders a halt, glad to have Pharika at her side to give her some authority. She determines that her newest clone, a copy of Atraxa, Praetors' Voice, this one being cleansed of all Phyrexian infection and elements. Even so, she still has no interest in dragons and has insulted them. Kylie's tests determine this is a medication imbalance, and a corrected dosage soon solves the problem.

To prevent the dragons from becoming angry, Kylie talks to her clone of Silumgar, the Drifting Death, and tells him that there are still Americans out there who have taken the Phyrexian infection, on purpose, and they need to be found, captured, and brought to her for treatment. Hearing Kylie and Silumgar talk but not bothering to hear Kylie remind Silumgar that she would need to ask the patients' permissions . . . Atraxa decides that she wants to help. She orders the army of dragons, and so forth to go out and capture the infected Americans, without bothering to ask their consent. The first person to raise any objection to this is the clone of Oketra the True, who stops the whole thing by telling the lot that kidnapping people and not just asking them is wrong. She threatens to call up warriors to keep the lot in check. Oketra also calls up Kylie, who arrives with Silumgar, horrified to see that Atraxa has jumped to conclusions.

Oketra made a valid point about needing to ask people's consent, and so Kylie backs down and tells her troops that they're not leaving the island, and neither is she. So, since the multiverse is still subject to the worsening taint from the planeswalkers planeswalking, Kylie goes back to working on her Helix Pinnacle.

The clone of Erebos is soon back to meddling. Erebos gets Kylie to agree to let him punish the Americans himself by making them think they want to be cured, though she warns him that he is acting like Phenax himself. She knows that this violates ethics on a massive scale, but letting them run around and infect each other will be bad enough with the Americans. Once it breaks out of the States, it could start a real plague.

Atraxa soon sends out the dragons, aided by ravens of unresting thought (though nobody knew how they got there), to torment anyone who has been exposed to the Phyrexian infection until they come here to seek treatment. Doctor that she is, Kylie can't have that. She cancels her order not to leave the island, but this time, it's a rescue mission rather than a kidnapping. She tries her best to forget she's rescuing . . . Americans. To stop a plague, you have to treat everyone. Even those who ran out and got the infection on purpose because they have no sense.

This deck was meant to be a mill deck, and it still is, but it got taken over by dragons for the sake of Silumgar, the Drifting Death. It is a mill deck again, because of the return of Phenax and his henchmen.

Beledros Witherbloom and Dragonlord Dromoka are here because cloning spell got loose and began spreading among the non-legendary dragons, leaving even Silumgar at a loss to control them. For their own reasons, they stepped in and helped control the dragons, without asking Silumgar if they could. He wanted to explode on them, but Vitu Ghazi Guildmage just couldn't stop playing with the Mirrorpool and making more dragons. So, he had to concede to the need for them as his sub-generals. Ancient Gold Dragon, to whom the Mirrorpool used to belong, does not care what either Kylie or Vitu-Ghazi Guildmage do with it as long as it gives him more Faerie Dragons.

And Atraxa is here because she is the correct colors, and because it was a miracle I managed to find one in a shop.

Just when I thought everything was decided, Phenax revealed that he had been around the whole time, working through and manipulating the weakened Erebos. He stole dragon parts from Dr. Moriarty's lab, and demanded she use them on Talrand, Sky Summoner, Skycat Sovereign, and Murmuring Mystic, his aides in the theft. Which also explains how the ravens of unresting thought got there. Kylie did not want to, feeling this would Phenax's criminal misdeeds. Enraged, Phenax tried to kill her, only for Pharika to come to her aid.

Phenax and Pharika fought, while Oketra and Erebos protected the island and its residents and mutants. Kylie aided Pharika whenever she could, and spent the rest of the time watching them. The Epic Struggle between Pharika and Phenax eventually gave Kylie a brilliant idea. She ended the fight by developing a Conspiracy with Phenax, Pharika, and Silumgar . . . "Why fight over dragon parts and who is and isn't a dragon, when I can just make everyone a dragon, luvs?"
