Party Time, Excellent (A Party Time PreCon Upgrade) (EDH / Commander)

Upgrading the Party Time precon for play with my group.

So far I have added:

Oketra's Monument - Reduces white creature costs (There are 19 including the commander that are affected by this after my changes) and gives Warriors when you cast creature spells.
Base Camp - Added somewhat for flair, but also is a better land that Shambling Vent here.
Archivist of Oghma - Good card draw for people searching libraries, an upgrade from Mikaeus, the Lunarch
Coveted Prize - Good tutor that potentially costs 1 black and fits the theme of the deck. It also allows me to freely cast a card with mana value 4 or less.
Drannith Magistrate - Does a lot more work than Felisa, Fang of Silverquill in terms of restricting what opponents do, and is lower to the ground.
Phyrexian Arena - It's a more reliable card draw than Folk Hero, which would work better if I ran Burakos, Party Leader as my Commander and Folk Hero as a Background.
Graveshifter - Can be any creature type in the party and is good recursion that will keep the party full.
Reassembling Skeleton - Chump for the board, increases the number of Warriors, good self-recursion
Blind Obedience - Give a little board control by slowing down everyone else and allowing for some life gain and drain.
Caves of Koilos - Cheap improvement to Snowfield Sinkhole.

And taken away:

Firja's Retribution - I just think it's too janky for this deck. It would be better in an Angel tribal.
Shambling Vent - No clue why this card was included here when there are other appropriate lands.
Mikaeus, the Lunarch - Really seems to belong in a deck more focused on counters and pumping creatures up. Not as valuable as other additions.
Dusk // Dawn - I have two boardwipes and decent recursion already. I don't want a third board wipe in a deck that I'm pulling a creature nearly every other turn.
Felisa, Fang of Silverquill - I don't feel like Inkling generation and banking on the +1/1 tokens is really what I'm going to be about.
Folk Hero - Perfect with Burakos, Party Leader as Commander, but not so much with Nalia de'Arnise. There are only 10 other cards that share her creature type.
Magus of the Balance - Really specific conditions need to be met for that card to be effective.
Bygone Bishop - Clue generation is okay, and we have so many Clerics, so there are better card choices.
Glorious Protector - Basically an expensive protection spell.
Snowfield Sinkhole - Land that comes in tapped and provides no other value.
