Destroy lands and discard cards from your opponent hand with this deck. Tourach, Dread Cantor is your main source of damage, since he gets buffed every time an opponent discard a card; Liliana, Heretical Healer helps you buffing Tourach, or can put back on the battlefield creatures from your graveyard.
To switch Liliana the same turn when casted (or even better, to avoid a kill on Liliana), use Fulminator Mage ability: sacrifice him when Liliana gets in danger, so you can destroy a land, put a 2/2 zombie token and have a planeswalker with a 0 mana move.
Unearth helps you recovering creatures from your graveyard; Asylum Visitor can help you drawing cards in case you run out.
Surgical Extraction can be used to remove a card from graveyard, hand and library (you can remove even nonbasic lands destroyed by Fulminator Mage)

If the opponent deals a lot of damage (like burn decks or mono red flash decks), you can use Soul Spike to heal yourself
If the opponent has artifacts or enchantments that contain you,use Ratchet Bomb to clear the board
Nyxathid is a valid creature in case the opponent is slow and / or have few cards in hand (like burn decks or mono red flash decks) (still remember that you discard cards from your opponent's hand with lots of your cards)
