Mono Black Control (Modern) (Modern) [Revision 1]

All instants and sorceries are used to control the field; do not be afraid to exile the cards in your hand you are long from casting (Soul Spike and Force of Despair allow you to cast them for free at the cost of 2 / 1 card exiled from your hand). Blood Scrivener allow you to draw more cards if you have none in your hand, helping you in case you run out of cards early game (with the cards listed above).
The winning condition comes from 2 cards: the Gods (Erebos, God of the Dead / Mogis, God of Slaughter / Athreos, God of Passage) or Endless Ranks of the Dead. Erebos is a anti-heal card, Mogis deals damage each turn or make the opponent sacrifice a creature (useful in end game, since the opponent can't take too much damage), Athreos returns your creatures to your hand (useful in end game, since the opponent can't take too much damage) and Endless Ranks create a horde of zombie tokens 2/2
Relentless Dead allows you to resurrect your zombies and is basically immortal (except against hard removal)
With Cemetery Reaper, try not to remove your creatures in the cemetery, since Relentless Dead can resurrect them (use it to remove creatures from enemy cemetery)

Use Tendrils of Corruption and Whip of Erebos if you need to gain life against flash decks of aggro ones
Use Sudden Spoiling against decks which use powerful creatures (Eldrazi for example)
Use Gatekeeper of Malakir for more removal cards
Use Gravecrawler to play more aggro

Nomad Outpost can be replaces with Savai Triome to have more "swamps" on the field (Cabal Stronghold and Tendrils of Corruption will benefit from this)
