Cut Candidates:
-Fortune's Favor -> 6 mana draw 6, maybe to late and to slow

-Extract Brain, cast for 7 mana 3 cards discarded, maybe insignificant, cast for 9 mana 5 cards discarded plus free spells

• 2 -mana spells (usually it is good to have more efficient, cheaper spells, but as the idea is to copy spells at turn 4-5 with Zevlor, 3-mana spells are favored.)

Retreat to Coralhelm -> more mana, so no untapping ->Big Mana Spells instead

Patriar's seal (as a mana rock to slow, untapping may not matter as mana curve is to high)

Cards to maybe include:
Sakashima's Will (steal 3 creatures for 6 mana)
Big Spells: Inevitable Betrayal
River's Rebuke (another copy of cyclonic rift for 8 mana, seems worth it)
Head Games (fill your opponents hands with only lands for 7 mana)
Rakdos's Return (Extract Brain is just better than Rakdos Return)

3-mana Spells:
Depth of desire
Maestros Charm (effects aren't good, but the flexibility?)
Inevitable Betrayal
Exhaustion (you loose your turn, they loose their turn, what is the point, all while opponents are ahead in terms of board state)

Unsure:

Are big mana rocks like gilded lotus, thran Dynamo includes or cut candidates?

Propaganda like effects: Propaganda, dissipation field, no mercy ?

enchantment removal for commanders: like imprison in the moon?
(they are generically good, probably more so in a controlling deck like this, but are more synergy strategy cards needed?)

(exile removal is superior and the cost doesn't matter)

coldsteel heart -> mountain (as it enters tapped it is a bad draw later, an additional land makes reaching 4 mana at turn 3 and 5 mana at turn 4 more reliable)
