To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!
Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.

The plan ?
Take over through slow and calculated control.
Don't over commit, set up and strike when the time is right !
Need to destroy a big understructable creature ? Shadowgrange Archfiend !
Need to draw cards ? Lord of Change !
Need to avoid damage for a turn ? Kardur, Doomscourge !
Need non-targeted or enchantment/artifact removal ? Chaos Defiler !
...
Can very easily take out a single opponent in one turn if Be'lakor, the Dark Master is on the field with Archfiend of Despair or simply by blinking a big demon multiple times.
Rite of Replication is also an instant win with Be'lakor, the Dark Master dealing 150 damage to any target in 25 (6 damage) shots. (also great with every other ETB creature)
Tutors are super important since this is essentially Demon Toolbox. (planing on adding Imperial Seal and Grim Tutor when I can afford them)
Fetch which ever demon deals with the current board state best OR if in very early game get a big ramp spell like Urza's Incubator, Heartless Summoning or Herald of Slaanesh.
Don't underestimate the power of Herald of Slaanesh. The cost reduction plus Haste can easily allow a quick takedown in the mid to late game so use it wisely.
The deck is not commander dependant. He helps to close out games but don't cast him without reason. Play slow and rely on you ETB demons.
For this same reason I would not play the free spells if you control your commander cycle. Most of the time they will be over costed in this deck.
Blink and repeat until you win !
Have fun !
(Please note that this is my personal most played and favorite deck. It has been played and modified countless times and is getting to a point of very fine tunning.
If you are wondering why I don't play X or Y card the answer is often going to be "Because it isn't better than what is already in the deck".
You could always cut down on the demon aspect of the deck to add generically good blink creatures and that would make the deck stronger. I just like the demon tribal aspect.
I am currently trying to figure out how to add more instant speed interraction into the deck to avoid being completelly shut out if a permanent such as Elesh Norn, Mother of Machines is dropped so if you do have any suggestions on that i'm all ears.)
(Please DO NOT buy the bi-lands they are not worth the 741 euros. Proxy them or cut them for lands with basic land types. The list costs +-325 without them).
