Indomitable Decimator v2 (Standard)

The strategy is super weird combo shit relating to getting the board set up to ignite Indomitable Creativity as fast as possible for as much value as possible. Point is to delay death for as long as possible so as to set up an Indomitable X=4/5, using tokens as fodder (or an opponents creature) pulling the Decimators and Void Winnower for the kicker. Decimators swing in for an immediate 21 with trample while Void holds down the fort for another future swing in.

This is a later version that's trying to work on the awkwardness of eliminating green from the original lineup. This one uses cheap burn and Servo creators/Gideon allies to line up the sac outlets before knocking out the mana requirement. It also adds Resolute Blademaster and Ulamog as singleton sideboard options to take down certain opponents (Ulamog would fair better against a black control deck, Void Winnower fairs better against blue, and Resolute Blademaster is able to use double strike to push through blockers made with green or white.)
