Swapped out 3rd Kira for a Spell Snare -- hits snap and helix and search

Going with a third sb Kira for now until I figure out a better plan v Jeskai. Maybe negate num 2 or pierce 4. I've played with 3 Kira before a bit, it's maybe not too much. The thassa is back due to Jeskai control

Changed my mind on maindeck Kira. She's pretty bad against a ton of popular decks right now so sideboard feels better. Put in the last trickster for now. Cut swan song because i have negate and 3 pierce, which should be good for the MU's where I need it. Cut spell snare because i have 3 shoal in the maindeck. Added a tidebinder for humans and jund, I think due to the nature of this build (mana denial+tempo) tidebinder is better vs jund than i'm used to it being vs jund.

I want to play the 8th Sea because I feel like you really do just want a lot of them...in the matchups where they're bad I think it's better to plan to side them out because for the matchups where they're good (like Jund) having that consistency and finding enough is key.

Shipping Sygg for Merfolk Trickster #4 because the flash is decent vs Jeskai and it's just a really strong card.
It's decent at taking advantage of being ahead on board, it's a decent turn 2 play, and it's okay on its own.
Subbing in a maindeck Kira for Thassa because Jeskai is more popular. 1 Cavern for same reason.
5/14/18 a few new changes

Some sideboard choice explanations:
Swan song is a hedge for combo decks. Ad nauseam, living end, scape shift, and bogles (mostly scape shift and bogles).
Dispel is for Jeskai/burn/gds/ad naus. Could be pierce is better in that slot.
3 Gut Shot primarily for affinity and humans, and also Infect, elves.
2 ceremonious rejection/1 annul split because eldrazi and tron are naturally weak against the seas plan and annul hits much of tron's stuff anyway, both of which mitigate the downside of annul, while annul hits bogles (and master of etherium).
Spell snare for snapcaster decks, affinity, burn, etc. Honestly with 3 Shoal I probably don't need it, I have plenty of affinity sb tech and it's not the most effective against Jeskai given that I have 3 shoals, and burn is a great matchup.
1 negate/1 dispel/1 pierce for curve reasons, I want negate for scapeshift (it's fine against jace and combo decks but pierce is better against all but shift) but the cheaper is better otherwise.
1 tide binder for burn and green creature decks, altho finding slots is hard v burn.
2 Kira for Jeskai. Maybe wanna try deeproot?
Dismember for storm, affinity if they have scissors or master of etherium, humans, green decks, creature combo decks, etc
Trying 1 sygg 1 thassa main as payoffs but with tricksters instead of vapor snag I'm not sure how much I need 'payoffs' as the deck is more tempo/disruption than low curve aggro, especially with 7seas often putting us into a top deck war. Thassa is a good top deck but sygg is medium. Maybe cold-eyed selkie? (probably not). Reejerey? Maybe a Chart a Course? The 2 mana bounce spell that can scry 2 if the target is cmc 2 or less? Commit / memory (no)? master of waves? 2 GQ 1 TE make it fairly hard to cast. 20 lands Aether Vial though, and only single blue. It's good with image for sure. Monastery siege? Decent top deck (loots), decent v removal decks, awesome v burn but that's already a good MU.
