Ravnica (Casual)

Actual Format: WAR: you have a General (Legendary Creature), Captain (Non-Legendary Creature), and a Adviser (A planeswalker). Also in your Command Zone is a Conspiracy and a Vanguard card. At the beginning of each player's turn they roll a planer dice to determine if they planeswalk, activate the Planechase ability or stay. On your draw step you may choose to ether draw from your library, or from a deck of Scheme cards, if you draw a scheme card you can ether activate it immediately or place it face down in your command zone. You may not draw another Scheme card whilst one is in your command zone, and you can only activate a face down scheme during your upkeep. in addition to all these cards in your command zone you also have a 100 card Library. the collection of all these cards must include one of each of the following: Basic, Creature, Land, Legendary, Sorcery, Instant, Artifact, Enchantment, Conspiracy, Vanguard and Planeswalker. Each player starts with 50 life (Altered by your Vanguard Card).

This Deck is the Plane of Ravnica for the WAR Format. (Does not currently contain an Enchantment, Will fix later.)
