Update 06/01/2015: removed top and vault to enter 2 preordain, and Ad nauseam to SB, empty the warrens MD with 2 past in flames (switch Ad Nauseam in game 2 if graveyard hate for 1 PiF).

Update 15/06/2014: added lim s dul vault (can tutor several card if used with brainstorm, and can tutor + get the card with probe), and top (great with lim s dul vault, or get 2nd card on ponder etc.).
