Like each other of my Ten-Bucks decks you should be able to afford the cards of this deck for a price of about 10€ in germany.
The (so far) unfunnyst deck in my Ten-Bucks builds is this multiplayer orientated pile of pure hand-hate.
Its build for multiplayer games (two- or three-headed giant and so on) so i play as less as possible cards that could hurt my mates (thats why i dont play Smallpox and so on).
Besides pure beatdown this deck wins about Wheel of Torture and Megrim.
Everything in this deck is only ment to let your opponents hands become a 0 of possibilities so be aware your opponents may don't have much fun.
Of course dos this deck has his problems. You can't remove artifacts or enchantments. You can't destroy lands. You have close to no creature removal and a planeswalker is your doom.
Also you can't stop your opponent from topdecking surprisings you can not deal with.
But the reason for this is a simple word: Budget
