Ideally, you want to play Magistrate's Scepter and three cards that let you charge it up every turn. Coretapper, Surge Node, Energy Chamber, and Contagion Clasp are all suitable. Once you do that, it's your turn forever.
If that doesn't work out, the deck can do a lot of other stuff with charge counters too. Make golems with Titan Forge, make mana with Everflowing Chalice and Astral Cornucopia, destroy things with Lux Cannon...
I should warn you right away, this is a complicated deck to play. This machine has a lot of moving parts.
One key play which might escape you at first is to play Everflowing Chalice or Astral Cornucopia for 0, and then to immediately put a charge counter on it with some other card. Often this'll be the best way to come out of the gates quickly.
