My goal Yuriko list that focuses on top-of-deck selection and medium-sized payoffs (5-8 mana) instead of Doomsday piles; the Doomsday piles were all decidedly mediocre, resulting in either cards I didn't want to play (Lab Maniac) or cards that were often dead. Instead, I use a larger number of mid-to-high CMC cards that are generally much cheaper to cast using cost reduction mechanics, either split cards, delve cards, or exile blue to cast cards. cost blue or black c that includes cards that are otherwise mediocre. This means I use a few moderately expensive blue and black cards that also fit with the deck's ninja theme and the wide range of great dimir delve and split cards for interaction that also play well with Yuriko triggers.
