Lady Nikara's Scavenging Counters (EDH / Commander)

This is my 5th Commander deck, the first to be led by Partner commanders.
Searching through cheap and fun Partner decks, I realized that the pair of Nikara, Lair Scavenger and Yannik, Scavenging Sentinel could be what I was looking for, so I decided to give it a try.
I found out that +1/+1 counters was the theme for this deck, so I put spells that help in that matter, like Inspiring Roar and Cathars' Crusade. But Nikara also cares about creatures leaving the battlefield for card advantage, so a flicker strategy is also due. Cards like Eerie Interlude and Restoration Angel help bring my creatures back while protecting them from possible threats. Controlling the board is always important as well, Deathsprout, Damning Verdict and Mythos of Nethroi help me in that, and a well cast Duneblast.
As for creatures, I plan them to help me in getting the battlefield pumped up with counters, like Forgotten Ancient, Good-Fortune Unicorn and Verdurous Gearhulk. And Corpsejack Menace and Conclave Mentor increase the amount of counters put in my creatures. And the more powerful the creature, the more counters I can distribute with Yannik once it enters the battlefield.
These dynamics helped me realize that the team of Nikara and Yannik could be a very interesting one in fulfilling my aim to have Partner commanders. The synergy between the two of them works well with a balanced and not too expensive deckbuild, so I'm decided to give it a try.
