Main focus is making and buffing tokens. Chiefly Soldier, but also Cats and Angel, most of the non-token creatures fall into one of those categories or provide added value. There's a secondary equipment theme. Brimaz is the current commander but plenty of other options in the deck to change up how it plays. Good deck for lending to new players.

Shortcomings:

  • The removal spells could be tuned up.
  • By current deck construction standards the land count is a little low.
    Being mono color helps here, as do mana rocks , and cards like Caged Sun or Sword of the Animist.
  • There are a few cards at odds w/ each other that provide more flexibility at the cost of complexity (Throne of the God-Pharoh vs anything w/ vigilance, Solemnity vs Cathar's Crusade, Coat of Arms)
