Sunday Revival card base (EDH / Commander)

My Meren of Clan Nel Toth combobased Reanimator with the main combo being:

Protean Hulk into Phyrexian Delver + Viscera Seer or Carrion Feeder
Revive Protean Hulk with Delver to then grab Mikaeus, the Unhallowed + Walking Ballista
Sac the Walking Ballista to bring it back with undying.
Remove counter: shoot, sac, undying, shoot, sac, undying, shoot...
Profit (Continue until everyone is dead)

Another way to win is by looping Kokusho, the Evening Star:

Protean Hulk to tutor for Phyrexian Delver + VIscera Seer or Carrion Feeder.
Reanimate Hulk with Delver cost 7 life.
Sac Hulk tutor for Mikaeus. Sac Delver to reanimate Hulk cost 7 life.
Sac Hulk tutor for Yawgmoth, Thran Physician + and any other drop. Activate Yawgmoth sac another creature to put a counter on Hulk.
Sac Hulk with Seer tutor for Kokusho.
Sac Kokusho to Seer (or Yawgmoth), everyone loses 5 life and gain 15 life
Undying brings Kokusho back to the battlefield. Sac Seer to Yawgmoth to put a -1/-1 counter on Kokusho
Seer comes back with undying. Sac Kokusho to Yawgmoth again to remove the +1/+1 counter from Seer, everyone loses life again; Kokusho comes back with undying
Sac Seer again to remove counter from Kokusho
Profit (Continue until everyone is dead)

There are some ways to protect your combopieces like:

-Veil of Summer
-Heroic Intervention
-Sylvan Safekeeper
-Ranger's Guile

Keep an eye out for Sakura-Tribe Elder , Diligent Farmhand and Dawntreader Elk in the early game since they can accelerate quite a bit. Suggestions are always welcome! Razaketh, the Foulblooded + Life / Death can speed things up. I'm still figuring out whether to cut the landfetch creatures for dorks.
