Golgari Exploring Counters (Standard)

I liked the look of the new explore mechanic from Ixalan and wanted to 'explore' it further. I figured the best partner for an explore deck would be +1/+1 counters.
So the main aim of this deck is to use explore and other means to generate +1/+1 counters and double them up with Winding Constrictor.

Creatures:
Deadeye Tracker, Merfolk Branchwalker, Seekers' Squire and Tishana's Wayfinder are your exploring creatures.
Wildgrowth Walker and Shadowed Caravel benefit with +1/+1 counters every time you explore.
Winding Constrictor is a key piece in this +1/+1 counter themed deck.
Verdurous Gearhulk is in as a finisher, with a Winding Constrictor in play this card is crazy good.

Spells:
Fatal Push and Vraska's Contempt for removal.
Blossoming Defense is to give your creatures protection, usually for Winding Constrictor.

Land:
21 might look a little low but explore can be used to help find land if needed. Also we want to improve the chances of getting +1/+1 off exploring.
Evolving Wilds is in to help thin out your lands to improve the chances of explorers getting +1/+1 counters. Also helps with Fatal Push.

Sideboard:
Doomfall is there to deal with Carnage Tyrant, either remove it from their hand or make them sacrifice it.
Lifecrafter's Bestiary is there help with games that go long.
Slice in Twain it to deal with pesky artifacts such as God-Pharaoh's Gift or crippling enchantments such as Solemnity.
Heroic Intervention is for protection against sweepers as this is a very creature orientated deck.
