Noyan Dar Revised (EDH / Commander)

What is this

This is an attempt at fixing/improving my previous Noyan Dar deck. Here are the issues i'm aware of :

• Mana is weak : Choosing Land tutors instead of Mana rocks makes for a very slow start, leading to Noyan Dar been cast late and with not enough impact.
  Adding Mana rocks and, in general actual ramp may help.
• Draw is inconsistent and not impacting enough. The most i'll draw from a single spell is two cards. Enchantments drawing at beginning of turn, wheels or scaling draw may help.

Potential issues :

• Several "Land support" cards seem to do so little and do not help. This is aggravated by their abundance.
• Counterspells are expensive, and the extra utility isn't so worth it.
• Few strategies appart from beating-up with lands
• Not enough reoccuring spells.

New includes

Here is what's new in this version :

• Actual ramp, leading to about 50 cards being mana
• 4 Wheel-effect, plus a couple of cards that draw a ton. Shoutout to Vanish into Memory, which can easily draw 9+ cards and protect one of your land from a wrath or removal.
• More Wrath effect. Most of them are essentially one-sided since you can keep your land-creature
• A few more counterspell and spot-control
• 4 repeatable spell that can be cast any amount of time, provided the mana is there

Here are this deck's potential weaknesses :

• No reliable way to protect lands. This could use Expedition map - type effect to grab indestructible lands, and tutors for counterspell or Terra Eternal
• Can be hard to close out the game. Could use a combo ; infinite mana for the reoccuring spells or Omniscience (free casts of View from above )

Sideboard contains cards i'm considering, but are fairly expensive.
Maybeboard contains cards i'm considering, but doubt they have their place in my playgroup.
