Man, Hardened Scales is what you need here

But if I enchant a creature with Hardened Scales i cant play Kalonian Hydra, Mistcutter Hydra and Vastwood Hydra anymore - they would die because of 0 toughness.

Oh i see ... they wouldn't die, my fault; but I want to strength all my creatures!

The reason i recommended Bioshift was because if your creature is about to die you can move all the counters onto another hydra.

I think maybe Arbor Elf would be more useful to you than Voyaging Satyr. It has the same tap ability specific to forests, but for a single green mana similar to Elvish Mystic.
