I don't think  Goblin Electromancer works like you think it does.  It only reduces the colorless cost of the mana to cast spells.   

Jace's Sanctum and Grapeshot are the only spells in this deck that would be effected by it.

Now, a deck with Djinn Illuminatus and one of the Pact cards would accomplish this, but Bartley is correct here.

6/7/2013   The copies are put directly onto the stack. They aren’t cast and won’t be counted by other spells with storm cast later in the turn.
