This deck has some serious potential. If you try and focus more on the -1/-1 aspect of the deck then it'll be harder for your opponent to stop your plays that will essentially function as kill spells. For example, skinrender puts -1/-1 counters on creatures just by entering the field so it would serve as a lightning bolt and give you a good body for only 4 mana. That right there is an investment. You could also find similar creatures that have sorcery or instant like abilities to save space in the deck and increase the effectiveness of your deck.

Thanks for your opinion I will keep it in mind, but I think that adding more creatures is not a very good idea, so Dorwn in sorrow, languish, Crux of fate will be not that effective...

Ok so you've decided on a nearly creature less deck. MY question to you now is what is your intended play style with this deck? With U/B you'll be playing a mostly control deck. A few of your spells do either creature removal or can cancel spells. But what is your win condition with the deck? Usually when playing U/B there are a few methods that come to mind for win conditions:
a) mill them out
b) be aggressive and deal damage through combat
c) drain their life using spells (such as alms of the vein)
d) or come up with a personal strategy that hasn't been tried yet

Having a good deck is one thing, but to take it a step further you have to give your deck a purpose when you go into battle against an opponent.
