How does this kill quickly, I see very little creatues and absolutely no burn, and you have to wait until turn 4 to search for a creature...

Hive mind can come out on turn 4 and then you cast a 0 cost spell of a mana type your opponent doesn't have.

Turn 1 play a single land and amulet of vigor.
Turn 2 play a double mana land.
Turn 3 play a single land and the creature that let's you drop two lands and play a double mana land.
Turn 4 play up to two lands, play Hive mind and a spell that the opponent won't be able to pay the cost of or die.

You can search for a 0 casting cost spell with a land. Also there's a tutor in case you can't find Hive mind.
You also have 0 cost counterspell just in case they try to stop you.

It's a almost guaranteed insta death on turn 4-6 because they probably don't have green black and blue. The only way to stop it is to have the mana available to not die.

alright, and then they counter that spell or they are playing a deck with those colors??

and lots of decks run green/black as well

If they counterspell you have pact of negation.

Also, Turn 1 Elvish Mystic and a forest, discard Simian Spirit Guide for Amulet of Vigor cost.
Turn 2 Play a double mana land and replace forest, Cast the Azusa, Lost but Seeking.
Turn 3 Play two lands, Cast Hive Mind and Slaughter Pact.  They die. If they try to counter use Pact of Negation. You may want to hold your combo until you have a pact of negation in hand. You can search for any card you need with Tolaria West to complete the combo the best way possible.

Also, that's 12 cards on turn 4, without drawing extra you can only have 11...

That's only 10 if you're on turn 4.

Not every deck has a counterspell and not every deck has all 3 colors. It is vulnerable to artifact destruction but otherwise it will probably find a hive and probably find an amulet and enough double mana lands to get there fast. Then it's just a matter of having the right pact available to kill with.

Even if they counterspell a pact there's a ton of them in the deck and search cards. You'll probably get the right one soon.

I see no elvish mystics, and even so, you won't very likely have that hand for the perfectly timed Hive mind.
Turn 1: 7+1-2
Turn 2: 6+1-1
Turn 3: 6+1-1-1-2
Turn 4: 3-2-2
I see that adds up to -1
I do agree that this isn't a bad idea, I just don't think that this will win super often or kill very quickly (especially with no creatures to block with)

In legacy it has summer bloom to help which lets you drop 3 lands in one turn. So you can combine with a lucky draw and a simian to get a turn one kill. Summer bloom got banned in modern so I'm trying to make one that will still kill fast.
