so your average mana cost is huge. even if you are able to get all five colors you still will only be playing one spell each turn and on turn five your opponent already has a base going and now is able to use removal spells for everything you have while still have creatures and enchantments on the battlefield. now it does look like a cool way to build a deck but the mana is too expensive to play.

Yeah, I've been thinking about that.... It can ramp really well with the combination of Axebane and Overgrown Battlement, but you're right. It needs more synergy. Right now it throws down some big, scary guys but with removal so common, they'll be gone soon.
