Unfortunately, Zur's ability does not trigger enter the battlefield effects because you "put" it onto the battlefield but on the plus side enchantments that are "put" onto the battlefield cannot be countered

I am quite Zur's hability will not trigger cards with "cast enchantment" on it, like Mesa Enchantress, but it will with "when an enchantment enters the battelfield under your control" or similar, like Ajani's Chosen, even not cast, the enchantments coming onto the battelfield with Zur, will trigger the effect.
