Slitherblade Unblockable deck

This is a deck I have been super excited to build but never put it together because I was lazy but this seems budget and awesome. basically get a unblockable guy on the field and bash as fast as possible.

Cool deck. Thank you. I'm wondering if any good artifacts could also be used to buff some of the creatures. The benefit of this is if that creature dies it can be easily equipped to your next.

You should use siren stormtamer over daring saboteur as it increases the likelihood of attacking turn 2 and drawing cards. Also a better turn 2 play if you played a one-drop turn one, as it allows you to protect on turn 3.
Instead of negate mainboard, use spell pierce as it's harder to deduce that you have it. Magma sprays or shock and abrade should be in side board. As heart of kiran can easily race you back by some interaction. Magma spray is essentially time walk against mono-red when you're the draw. Instead of captivating crew, use kefnet's last word. You should try tilonalli's summoner in sideboard as it can easily kill in a top-deck war.

I would remove Cartouche of Knowledge. Most of your creatures are unblockable - its the premise of the deck. Why do they need to gain flying? I like the deck though I may build it!

Prying Blade.  Increased damage and treasure tokens together.  Curious Obsession.  Increase Damage, draw a card every time.  Maybe Curator's Ward for Hexproof.
