The deck is actually a theorycraft for the new eternal format. Rumors are this format includes Kaladesh and later formats. Stormchaser mage has not been printed yet there. If you want a modern adaptation you can also f ex. replace the unsummons with vapor snags. (Also how do you link the cards 0.0)
