beatdown is looking like less and less of a useful strategy, so i'm taking out what pump spells were left. also infernal plunge goes out because taking bodies away is not what we want to do and rousing refrain goes in because we play it at the same time and bigger mana is always good.

i fucked up the revision comment but i took out akroan crusader and put in krenko, mob boss. crusader didn't interact the way i was hoping and i just left it like that for a while, and krenko gives us a route to bring in more gobbos and a repeatable source of tokens
