I went to the import option. I am importing from tcgplayer. I think I formatted correctly, but I cannot seem to get it to import using the format below? Has anyone figured out a way to import with the exact card?

Count,Tradelist Count,Name,Edition,Card Number,Condition,Language,Foil,Signed,Artist Proof,Altered Art,Misprint,Promo,Textless,My Price

Ultimately I can reformat, but I want to include that the card is:
1 Island from Commander Legends: Battle for Baldur's Gate, #457
