Added another symmetry breaker: Bone Miser. Added experimental Liliana PWs. Bloodchief Ascension with Sangromancer - I found the latter too slow, and I needed the life to survive. Sangromancer doesn't paint a target on its back and it can easily be reanimated. Its also a flyer, which is important when dealing with opposing planeswalkers.

Slightly retooled to include more recursion (charmbreaker devils), discard payoffs (archfiend of ifnir), better rocks, and more token generation/discard with Zurzoth.
