This commander, unfortunately, is not a viable cEDH commander. You'll find the most common commanders listed at https://cedh-decklist-database.com/. If you can't find yours there it's likely not very competitive. The colours are good for a high power deck but at that point it really doesn't matter what you do with your commander. Nevinyrral isn't necessarily going to be a relevant force in a high power meta.

What would you like to do with the deck? Where would you like to take it, what are you expecting to be playing against? My general advice at this point is "add more tutors" if you're going to keep the Consultation + Oracle combo. You don't need any other combos in the deck, only tools to find it, recover it and protect it. If you choose not to (it's a pretty oppressive combo and you don't like to play like that) you need to figure out what you want to achieve with the deck in the meanwhile.

You're missing the talismans:
Talisman of Progress
Talisman of Dominance
Talisman of Hierarchy
Also, I see at least 3 independent combos in your list.
I recommend you to cut at least one to gain more consistency.
