Since deckbuilder has the convenient feature to track, which cards are already part of a deck, I started inputting my commander precons (in private mode), so I activated "in collection", set the filter to Brother`s War Commander and started doing the Urza deck.

However, after adding Swiftfoot Boots, it suddenly said -1/1 card left, so I started checking that I indeed had multiple version from Standard Brothers War, too, and that indeed, the one card I already added to another commander deck was set to a standard Brothers War card.
After pondering a bit I realized, that deckstats counts
the total number of cards I used in all active decks (2) regardless of filter settings against
the total number of available cards due to filter setting (1)
Maybe you could activate the filter for the first number, too?

2nd: I later checked, I can see in my normal collection, which card versions I own, but deckbuilder only shows me the number of cards according to the filter. So if I want to sort my physical cards according to set and then want to search for the cards, I used in deckbuilder, I will have trouble finding a free physical card, because I have a hard time determining which set version is "free". (That may be easy for some of the rarer cards, but imagine checking 20+ decks for all in use versions of Path of Ancestry...). It would be great to have an overview, which version of a card is occupied instead of just an overall total.

As an addition to the above:
I can actually copy the ★ symbol from deckstats or scryfall and manipulate the card number myself, but since the export does not have any date information and I basically need to replace my collection for every update, I would need to do that every single time.
I have contacted the cardbinder programmer about this issue and asked him to change the 0 to ★, but I got ignored for now (probably to much of a hassle to roll out a new update for the itunes app store just for this).

So in the end, you guys are my best bet.

I have collected all of the japanese alternate art Planeswalkers from War of the Spark, but when I export my collection from cardbinder, I don't see the alternate art version in deckstats, but the normal version with a banner "approximate image".

I am sure this is a problem of the card numbering:
For example normal Ugin, the Ineffable would be number 2, while deckstats alternate art version is 2star.
Meanwhile cardbinder exports normal Ugin as 2, but the alternate art version as 20 (it always appends a trailing zero for these cards).
I have tried renaming the card number to 2* but that didn't work either.

Could you tell me, which symbol (that can be easily generated using a standard keyboard, will be accepted here) or (better) include some mechanism, that recognizes the exact card, if for one of these Planeswalkers the number is ten times what is expected? (I know that could be quite a bit of coding for just 35 cards, but it would help nonetheless.)

Well, I found a substitute. While it would be nice to be able search for the name printed on the card, I could always search for "Secret Lair", so it's not as important.

Thank you, it worked.
Importing into Excel and then renaming and reordering the columns is a bit of work, but it's quite manageable.

I have one last request, though:
Could you make the collection filter text also accept the names written on the cards?
It's little effort, if I have to input Forest instead of Wald or Darksteel Forge instead of ダークスティールの溶鉱炉 (writing the japanese isn't easy anyway), but if I want to search for my Street Fighter cards, it's a bit hard to have to look up the name Baldin, Century Herdmaster to find my card E. Honda, Sumo Champion.

A friend told me about the card binder app recently and I started to scan a fraction of my cards (about 1240) and wanted it to add to deckstats, yet deckstats didn't recognize that format and some of the cards
here's an example of how it works

After that I though on inputting the cards directly, but then realized, there seems to be no way to add old edition (e.g. Fourth) basic lands. I just cannot search for a simple fourth edition forest on

I may need to clarify: I now know, I can Filter "name forest, color green, type land" and then try to select the right one from a huuuge dropdown menu, though honestly, that's a pain in the ass.
I'm looking for something simple, like searching "4ed, forest" or searching "name 4ed, type land, color green"
Also, I don't find where to input an other language version. I may be able to find a forest, but there is no way to search for a "Wald".

So could you help me with one or the other?
